  • Sony Ericsson to acquire UIQ

Yes, Sony Ericsson has finally reached an agreement to acquire UIQ Technology AB, in its efforts to expand more on the UIQ front. I think this is a great step by SE, since the UIQ platform is currently being pursued aggressively by them.
AllAboutSymbian has a great article about UIQ and Sony Ericsson.

The Press release can be read here.

    N91 resources

I just recently got the N91 and so far its been a great phone to use.

And since i’m a mac os user, I had to do some tweaking to get my N91 to work with the powerbook’s isync. Modify the MetaClasses.plist file in the isync package. More information can be found HERE.

Nokia also has a plugin called the Nokia Music Manager that (supposedly) allows for convenient music sync with itunes on the mac. I couldn’t get it to work, but I guess its because iTunes 7 was released recently while this app was developed to work with iTunes 6. You can download it HERE.

The website n91bloggercomm.com has a great list of tips about the N91. Go to their website at n91bloggercomm.com

And if you are a fellow mac os user, you’d like to visit N91mac wordpress blog by MacBuckley from Howardforums. Its a great resource.
